Same-day services
For those who are within the UK and who wish to either extend or vary their stay, an in-country application should be made to the UK Border Agency (UKBA).
In-country applications may be made in one of two ways: either by post or in-person; i.e. the individual presents him/herself, by appointment, at one of the UKBA’s offices open to the public.
If a client wishes, we are able arrange a same-day appointment, and both prepare and present the application upon his/her behalf. This saves the client the need to travel to the UKBA office, whilst having the peace of mind that the application has been thoroughly prepared and is in safe hands.
When booking appointments with the UKBA we endeavour to obtain the earliest suitable date that we are able, but there may be occasions when a slot is simply not available for the desired date. In such instances, we shall inform you of the best way to proceed, whether by postal application to the UKBA, or by arranging a same-day appointment for a later date. Please also bear in mind that some categories of in-country application must either be made by the applicant, or by post. However, in such instances, we are still able to either prepare and submit a postal application, or prepare an application in readiness of your in-person submission to the UKBA.
