Upon initial contact we shall give you a general assessment of your circumstances. Should you wish to formally instruct us, i.e. ask us to help with your case, we shall issue you with a client care letter that sets out what the instructions are, what our fixed fee is and our general terms and conditions. We would invite you to accept the contents of the client care letter, whereupon we would be formally instructed and can take the case forward from there.
Please use either the contact us form to send us an e-mail, or telephone us on 0151 284 7314.
Davies Khan is committed to fully utilising the benefits of modern technology and communication. In most instances there is no need for you to meet us in person. However, should you wish to put a face to the name, please feel free to contact us to arrange an appointment.
No immigration adviser or lawyer can guarantee that an application will be successful. In our experience, those who offer such a guarantee seldom live up to the promise. Davies Khan strongly recommends that you use a professionally-recognised adviser or lawyer; i.e. one that is either registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), or the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.
Please take the opportunity to have a look at our testimonials. Additionally, we are registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) for the provision of immigration advice and services. In the unlikely event that we fail to live up to our promises, we are responsible to the OISC for our actions. Unregistered advisers have no such responsibility.
Davies Khan is under a professional obligation to not undertake any specific work unless formally instructed in the case. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to give case-specific advice in relation to unsolicited telephone calls or e-mails. Likewise, we are not able to check paperwork that you may have prepared yourself.
We are currently in the process of seeking registration with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) at the highest level that will enable us to assist in appeal cases. In the meantime, if you contact us in relation to an appeal matter, we shall refer you to an organisation that can help.
Unfortunately, we are not able to assist in asylum matters.
We charge an agreed fixed fee for the work to be undertaken on your behalf. We do not have a Legal Services Commission contract to be allowed to undertake publicly-funded work.
