Commercial and charitable organisations that wish to take on workers from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) now need to be licensed by the UK Border Agency (UKBA) as sponsors. Those who are identified as unlawfully employing non-EEA nationals may face a civil penalty of up to £10,000.00 per worker.
We are able to assist in the preparation and submission of sponsors’ licence applications to the UKBA.
Once registered, a sponsor must maintain an online management system through which the UKBA is notified of any changes or new additions. A sponsor can nominate Davies Khan as a user of their individual management system, thereby enabling us to manage its day-to-day operation, taking the weight of an additional task off the shoulders of the sponsor.
